Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held at Wygston’s House on Thursday, 25 August. The cost for the 3 course meal is £35. Meal options (including vegetarian) are listed in the ONLINE STORE, with selection of dinner choices during purchase.



DMU halls of residence

New Wharf Hall or, for accessible rooms, Bede Hall are a 5 minute walk to conference venue (Vijay Patel building) and are single occupancy rooms within suite. You can ask to share the suite with other named delegates. Included in individual room: bedding, sheets, and towels; vanity unit with wash basin + mirror; shelving + wardrobe; desk with chair and desk lamp; free WIFI. Shared facilities: bathroom and shower; kitchen (with fridge), dining area and communal space; kettle + tea, coffee and milk will be provided.

Breakfast is available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings in Food Village on the DMU campus. The Food Village is next to the Vijay Patel building, where conference sessions will be held.

Please note DMU accommodation must be booked by 7 August.
